A private, self-contained, adults-only studio for two, tucked into the rainforest on top of Tamborine Mountain where the air runs a few degrees cooler. Recently renovated, with its own private entrance: a plush queen bed, private ensuite, and a lounge with a large flat-screen TV. The full kitchenette has a large fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, air fryer and toaster, with complimentary tea, coffee and milk on arrival. Relax on the enclosed veranda beside a free-standing wood fire. Split-system air-conditioning and heating, free WiFi throughout and free private parking on site. Non-smoking.
We're Karen and Brian, locals who love sharing Tamborine Mountain with our guests. We're here if you need anything and happy to leave you to relax. Whether it's a romantic getaway or a quiet escape, we've set the studio up to feel comfortable and homely from the moment you arrive.
The location is what guests love most, rated 9.6. Rainforest walking tracks in Tamborine National Park begin right beside the property, and two excellent cafes serving all-day breakfast and coffee are about 50 metres away. A short stroll brings you to Gallery Walk, with its boutique shops, art galleries, restaurants and cafes. Curtis Falls and the Rainforest Skywalk are about 3.5 km away, with glow worm caves, local wineries and the distillery close by. The Gold Coast's beaches and theme parks are around 40 minutes down the range. Gold Coast Airport is 55 km and Brisbane Airport 69 km.
