Entire free standing private cottage, seperate from the main residence. Your home away from home. Look out to grassed paddocks and bushland. Nestled along the serene shores of a picturesque creek, this property is set within a spacious acreage that offers an oasis of calm and natural beauty. Located in a semi-regional area, enjoy the peace of rural living with the convenience of nearby amenities.
We love where we live and love to share our experiences. Having escaped the hustle of Sydney life we now enjoy the peace and serenity that our region offers us. An abundance of endless activites on and around the water. Surrounded by mountains and bushland. Hunter Valley a short drive away. Wine and dine to suit all tastes. Music festivals and adventures. History and the arts. Lots to do, or nothing to do.
A quiet lakeside suburb of Western Lake Macquarie. The cottage is set on a peaceful lush acreage, with views of the lake across the road. The local boat ramp is a short drive which opens up to Australia's largest coastal salt water lake. A short drive west is the Watagan State Forest with endless trails, waterfalls, lookouts and adventures. A mere 3 minute drive you will find an arrange of shops, a welcoming Club and assortment of takeaways. For more extensive shopping and dining the town centre is just a ten minute drive. The proximity to these amenities ensures that you can easily access everything whilst still enjoying the tranquiliy of lakeside living.
