Positioned in one of Port Stephens most highly coveted streets and located approx. 200m to the pristine shores of Dutchman's Beach, this oasis home delivers everything you need. Dutchies Beach Oasis has a laundry with washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car as well as street parking, free WiFi, a bathtub, air-con in the main house and ceiling fans in all bedrooms (excl. bunk room). There are two outdoor showers(front and rear), plus a thermal cover for the pool to increase the water temp if desired. Upon arrival you’ll discover the beds all made and towels provided for your bathrooms. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 30 and or family groups only. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
