The property is located in a quiet court. The area is very safe and the locals are friendly. The guest area has a kitchenette, tea and coffee making facility, microwave and fridge. Guest can access the property 24/7 without disturbing the host as the guest area has a separate entrance. There is covered area outside the main house where guests can smoke if they wish to. Unfortunately, towels are not provided due to COVID so we suggest you bring your own. Toiletries however are provided.
My partner and I are the only occupants and we have a separate living area thus providing privacy to the guests. We welcome people from all races, religion and sexual orientation. I am a retired government worker and my partner is a businessman. He provides mentoring to disadvantaged kids by teaching them the importance of education, hard work, and discipline. He owns a basketball team called the Red Roo and he is very committed to making sure that the kids in his team display the values that he believes in.
My house is located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is right next to a a little reserve. About 3 minutes walk past the reserve is a huge park with a playground, a running/walking track. There are buddhist temples along the boundaries of the park. The area is very accessible to public transport and within walking distance to supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach is about 10 minutes by car and the newly built library is about 10 minutes away by foot.
