It has direct beach access and 180 degree views of Hyams Beach, Point Perpendicular and Bowen Island. It is a large two storey beach house that comfortably sleeps 13 - but only a maximum of 8 adults - across 7 bedrooms, 3 living areas, various decks and much more. Please note: Maximum 8 adults Due to its quality, style and bedding configuration, Elandra is not suitable for bookings that have more than 8 adults. Bookings for more than 8 adults cannot be accepted at this property - sorry! Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Catered events are however permissible, for in-house guests only. Elandra's preferred caterer is Clockwork Catering based in Nowra. If you plan to have a catered event, please tell us what you have in mind, and who the caterer will be - thanks. Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
