An amazing house with amazing facilities. We were able to relax with all the comforts of home and much more. Loads of space and many comfortable areas to lounge around and enjoy the peace and serenity. The outdoor shower and laundry side entrance was a bonus. The landscaped garden was beautiful! A short stroll to Hyams beach and the cafe. If you want to eat at the cafe in the morning, I suggest booking! We avoided the queues in the morning because we booked the night before.

We were extremely disappointed with our booking at Sea and Salt, Hyam's Beach. This is because Hyam's Beach was our last scheduled family stop on our vacation. We planned for a beachfront location. S&S was advertised as "Beachfront Location" with "direct access to a local beach". This was untrue. We couldn't even see the beach, let alone be right on it. In fact, there was another building about 10 feet in front, blocking our entire view. There was supposed to be an outside seating area. We thought it would be a balcony or patio. No, you had to go down the stairs, walk around the side of the house almost to the street and there we could see a table and chairs. It was completely inappropriate as a comfortable outdoor seating area. I wouldn't be whining about this so much if we hadn't "paid" for beachfront property. If I hadn't wanted to be on the beach, I could have found a place considerably cheaper. Other than that, it was an OK apartment. There was a lot of sand on the floors when we arrived. I don't consider plastic water and wine glasses to be "Luxury" as described. There was very little bench space and very little crockery and cutlery. A true disappointment!

Great location, view, easy parking and really helpful staff. For the price it was great. All was clean and the two free drink vouchers were a pleasant surprise. Great food at the bistro.

This is an absolutely amazing house and would be perfect for a beach holiday with a family. Extremely well equipped including a Weber BBQ.

The location is exceptional. Super close to the beach and the high street. Private off Street parking was really great. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and cleaned. The outdoor areas are unbeatable!
