Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and fluffy white towels for your bathrooms. The grassy backyard is fully enclosed and backs onto unspoilt bushland with towering gums and beautiful Gymea Lilies. This tranquil area is perfect to unwind in as you watch the sunset and enjoy the flickering flames in the fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows with the kids - what an ideal way to end the evening after a day playing in the NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
