The Beach House, with it's magnificent views, is situated just a few minutes walk on a track, from The Freycinet National Park and beach. There are expansive "wow" factor views of the Bay, beach and the Hazards from the large front deck and the spacious open plan living area even from the kitchen. All you need for the perfect relaxing holiday. The beach house has 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people on two levels perfect for families but is also intimate enough for a romantic getaway. There is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout & open fire for extra ambience (used from May to the end of September) Large rear deck has BBQ & and is partly covered. There is off street parking and fully enclosed garden. The Beach House is perfectly situated for easy access to all that Freycinet has to offer. Downstairs: One double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. There is a shower and toilet and laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: Master Bedroom has a queen bed, with ensuite, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. We are delighted to host you and your beloved pet at our pet-friendly property. You are welcome to bring your furry friend, upon request and an extra fee arranged prior to your arrival. Please note that our premises may not be entirely fenced. We kindly ask our guests to be vigilant in looking after their dogs and ensuring they remain within the boundaries of the property. This responsible approach is essential to prevent incidents and maintain a positive relationship within our community. ** Please note that the fireplace is not operational however, there is alternative heating that will be sufficient for your stay.

There are many attractions here in Freycinet. In the Freycinet National Park you have the famous Wineglass Bay and the lighthouse, you can get information & maps on the walks and hikes in this region from the National Park office here in Coles Bay.
