Gemma’s Animal Farm by Tiny Away is located approximately 100 metres from the main house. Mobile reception is generally good for Telstra and Optus, while other networks may have weaker signal coverage. This Tiny House is fitted with a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank. Gemma’s Animal Farm is pet-friendly accommodation. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times, and any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. Guests are kindly asked to clean up after their pets, including shedding, prior to check-out. Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas, and owners must clean up after their pets’ droppings. Pets must never be left unattended, whether inside or outside the property. We also recommend bringing your pet’s bed, bowl, and other essentials for their stay. A fire pit is available for use; however, firewood is provided at an additional cost and the fire pit cannot be used during total fire bans. Firewood is available for purchase. Breakfast, animal feeding, and animal handling are available as pre-orders and are subject to additional fees depending on the selected activity and availability. Please note that the property offers pony rides (instead of horse riding) which are available for guests up to 60kg at an additional cost. All pre-orders and activities must be arranged with the land host at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding. Lastly, please be guided that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
