Ghost Hill Road Retreat is the perfect holiday escape for those wanting to relax and unwind. Enjoy the seclusion and serenity of our stunning rural haven on the edge of the heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. Enjoy the log fires, spa baths, breakfast provisions, massages and scenic walks through our 20 acres of natural bush and eucalypt forest, all in your private, self-contained cottage.
Greg and Marisa are delighted to welcome you to their idyllic retreat. “It has been a dream of ours for many years to run a self-contained bed and breakfast. The dream is now a reality.” Come and enjoy peace and relaxation in this beautiful part of the world.
In the local area we have the beautiful Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens at Mt Tomah. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the gardens and you can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the surroundings. There are beautiful walks at Mt Banks and Pierces Pass. These will suit the general sightseer or the more energetic person, your choice! Mt Wilson is worth a visit, some of the private gardens are open to visitors at various times of the year. There are many places along the Bells Line of Road where you can pick up some local produce pick your own fruit (seasonal) or sample the great selection of pies, especially our famous apple pies. Kurrajong village has a few of speciality shops and a great selection of cafes. Katoomba and Blackheath are about a 45-minute drive from here. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore, as well as lookouts, bushwalking tracks, and local attractions. There is also a lovely winery, Dryridge Estate, in the scenic Megalong Valley. They offer wine tastings and cheese plates. It's about a one hour drive.
