Unit is located on the second floor of the building only 2 streets away from Beautiful Glenelg North Beach .. approx 400m. Visit Golden Sunset to relax with the family or on a business trip, you can work overlooking the Patawalonga River. (50metres away across the road) Outdoor Balcony to sit & enjoy the sunrise overlooking the Patawalonga river. Only a 10mins walk to: Glenelg marina’s best restaurants Glenelg’s amusement park Golf course Harbour town shops Enjoy Seafood and wine festivals (almost weekly throughout spring and summer) Note - the property fully renovated and refurnished with brand new kitchen and laundry appliances
