I got in late after hours & the reception staff were lovely & accommodating on the desk - both on arrival & departure. Property was smaller than i thought but very welcoming, reception area was quiet modern, nice & clean. Value was amazing for the room i stayed in, i loved it.

The best service ever! Pascal in F&B is top notch and first class. He made sure that we were happy with our meals and also suggested different places for us to visit. The team in the restaurant especially Gogo and Fema made our breakfast meals truly enjoyable.

Staff with late checkin where amazing

Rooms exceeded my expectations with great happiness as our family was big we were able to fit all our children in the room with us my in-laws had there's. The check in felt welcomed straight away so that made our stay even better. Great services from Steve there

Stayed for two weeks over two weekends. The location is towards the end of Hindley Street, but very walkable to the mall and Oval. You can reach it from the airport with the city bus or a taxi ($22) It is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops etc in a busy area. A previous review had said the area was seedy, I walked home on a Friday nite at 11;30 and found it safe, though there was clearly a clubbing crowd out and about. I used an e scooter for alot of my time there. The room was spacious (11) and had everything I needed. There was very little noise. The only noise I had was from the internal stairwell door opening and closing as patrons came in on the Saturday nite. Otherwise very little noise. The room had everything I needed and I grabbed some stuff from the kitchen to eat from and etc. The washing machine worked well, though the dryer was not working. There is a laundromat very close by that I used the second week I was there. Water pressure was good and hot water plentiful The bed was big and comfortable, and the room had a cool little table, hanging rack, some fake plants and nice touches to give it a vibe. I added some fairy lights and I was set. Airconditioning and heating worked very well. Julie checked me in and was fabulously helpful throughout my stay. She never failed to answer a question or assist me.
