Goldfield Holiday Units is ideally located on the banks of the Ovens River and only a short stroll from the town center. Located in a beautiful park-like setting with plenty of outdoor seating, BBQs and river views, our newly renovated apartments have everything you need for a relaxed holiday or a memorable weekend getaway. Located on the magnificent Canyon Walk with the famous Mountain to Murray Rail Trail only 328 feet away and an easy 1312 foot stroll to coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Our deluxe apartments include kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, toaster and kettle, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV and walk in shower, shared laundry facility available.

Our property is ideally suited to everyone, be it families, couples wanting well appointed apartments with lots of extras provided for your enjoyment. Tranquil gardens for your enjoyment anytime of year with lots of tables and chairs spread throughout to sit and relax or enjoy with company. Laze on the banks of the beautiful Ovens River and watch the world go by without intruding or for the more energetic walk the spectacular Canyon Walk.
Bright offers a varied selection of wonderful cafes and shops along with quality restaurants by night, all within walking distance of Goldfields. Direct access to the Ovens River and Canyon Walk, close proximity to the Rail Trail that is for both walking and cycling. Walking distance to children's playground and water park. Cherry Walk is always a walk of interest along the river to see the bird life, vegetation and if lucky the sighting of platypus. We are approx an hour's drive to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, with Mt Buffalo being a 40 minute drive, these drives offer activities any time of year. Wineries can be found in the surrounds of Bright or further afield a visit to King Valley can be done in a day. The historic towns of Beechworth and Yackandandah offer a pleasant drive to explore those areas. Wandiligong can be reached by car, cycle or for the fitter by foot along the Rail Trail to The Maze.
