Contemporary, architect designed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with majestic views of the Grampians National Park. Spacious new open plan living with generously sized double bedrooms each with a private full sized ensuite. Luxury accommodation all within five minutes easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Relaxing and intimate experience for the who love luxury and ambience. The living area is open and opens out onto a large deck with very comfortable outdoor seating. Designed with luxury in mind from the first impressions of the dwelling to the spectacular vistas from all the perfectly placed floor to ceiling windows enhanced by the quality furnishing. Be warmed by the Morso wood heater or the reverse cycle Mitsubishi Black Signature series. Relax in the Berkowitz 3 seater lounge or take a seat in either of the IMG leather swivel recliners while taking in the vistas or watching TV on the 50" Panasonic smart LCD TV. The washing area has the modern LG condenser dryer atop the LG front loader, there is a Bosch dishwasher and the cooking is done in either the induction cooktop or the Convection microwave.
