I like country music and the country lifestyle , old movies, gardening, a nice wine on occasions. I am a mum to three grown up children and nanny to six grand children, they are all dear to me. Always up for a good laugh and a chat - face to face! Meeting people from different nations and learning about their way of life is always of interest to me. I have travelled to the USA on a country music trip years ago and attended the Grand Ole Oprey in Nashville, Tennessee, My description of that night was of a sacred experience, very special. I like having guests at my cottage as it is always a pleasure for me to welcome each one with a little present, a thank you for choosing to stay at The "Grand Ole Topiary" Cottage My life's motto: Help where you can, be kind, and if you should see someone without a smile, give them one of yours. I am available for any concerns/information my guests may need/have whilst holidaying. Alternatively you can do your own thing and have complete privacy as the cottage has no immediate next door/ over the fence neighbours. It's quiet.

Railton is a quaint country town about 35mins from Devonport. Situated on one of the many scenic routes to Cradle Mountain, between Latrobe and Sheffield. It is best known as the Town Of Topiary.
