Only an 8-minute drive from Katoomba. With Leura, Wentworth Falls, Medlow Bath, and Blackheath all nearby, you can explore boutique shops, gourmet dining, gardens, markets, heritage sites, and local events. Inside, a luxurious queen timber bed with duck-down and European-sized pillows overlooks the front garden. The fully equipped kitchen features concrete benchtops, a copper splashback, quality appliances, and an induction cooktop — perfect for simple meals or gourmet feasts. We live upstairs with our 5-year-old son. The apartment is above our bedrooms with sound insulation, but every day, family sounds may be heard. Smoking isn’t allowed inside or in the garden. We have a friendly dog, separated by a fence, with access restricted to a black gate (about a fifth of the garden). Access the apartment via your own off-street parking and back-garden entrance, and enjoy the front garden leading to the lookout. A car is recommended, though a local bus is 700m away.
