Relax with the whole family in this peaceful retreat on a private rural acre. Sip a coffee on the timber deck with a good book and listen to the surrounding birdlife or for those looking for a more active getaway, explore the lush surrounding Hinterland and all it has to offer. There are a number of local attractions close at hand, or alternatively it is just a short drive into Maleny township. The home features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, which opens onto a balcony area with additional outdoor dining and garden view. The large entertaining deck runs the length of the front of the home and looks out over the gardens and lawns. The lounge room has a fireplace and soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed timber beams and the thoughtfully planned flow from indoor to outdoor living will delight. There are multiple usable outdoor spaces and features within the grounds and established gardens. The grounds provide inspiration throughout the changing seasons. There is considered planting throughout and the gardens will deliver enduring colour and scent; from Azaleas, Agapanthus, Gardenias, Camellias and Roses, just to name a few. There is also a variety of fruit trees including Orange, Mandarin, Lemon, Lime & Mulberry.

The property is located just off Mountain View Road and near the Mary Cairncross Reserve in Maleny. It has it's own private outlook and garden on a parklike acre and it is only a short walk to McCathy's Lookout and Maleny Botanic Gardens and Bird World. Close by there are a number of restaurants and wedding venues, alternatively jump in the car and It is only a short 6 minute drive to the township which has many different shops, cafes and restaurants where you can soak up the Maleny vibe.
