FinlandThe property was absolutely wonderful. We sinply loved the facilities in the apartment, not to mention the laundry. Our kid also loved to play tennis and the pool/spa/bbq area was very nice. This felt like a peaceful home away from home after all the busy beaches we had been to before arriving here. Everything was within walking distance and the managers were the nicest people. We can recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts.

Great to have a nice selection of shops, food options and cafes along the beach. Great fish and chips takeaway to eat on the beach. As it was winter, it was a good location for walking on the beach, walking around the rocky headlands on the boardwalks, admiring the view out to sea. Lots of families and people walking dogs enjoying the amazing location.

The complex is very big, so some positions are better than others. I don't know how the apartments are allocated on booking. Ours had a lovely outlook onto the lovely gardens and we were away from the busy noisy main road, but not all apartments have that outlook.
The 1 bedroom apt was very good, not really spacious but adequate.
The location is excellent, walking distance to food and beach.
The bed was not very comfortable, it was quite old and really needs to be replaced.

Try Coolum Hotel for your meals. A pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices. The Surf Club would have been our second choice.
Has all necessary amenities.

It's a beautiful beach, the boardwalk area is good, the surf club was welcoming, we had dinner on the balcony.
We had a brilliant breakfast at the Coolum Beach Bar- great coffee, eggs, smoothies - staff are friendly - location excellent - photo attached.
Dinner at the Canteen Kitchen - expensive for the portion sizes
There are plenty of coffee, eating nooks and pastries
Families and dog walkers were welcomed everywhere.
The beach was clean and easy to access from where we stayed.

Awesome beach. Walking distance to bars and cafes. I love staying at The Beach Retreat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I booked for one week and ended up staying for three weeks. I didn't want to leave. That's why I keep coming back.

Our family has been coming to Coolum beach since the 1950’s and all age groups still coming. That confirms it has facilities and activities for all.
Fishing used to be superb especially during the winter months. A great variety of restaurants handy to beach and surf club food was tops.

Staff were very helpful, inparticular in assisting us changing rooms due to an issue. The room had an ocean view and balcony which was lovely of a morning having coffee watching the waves of Coolum Beach. The heated pool and spa was brilliant especially that it was winter. Location is fantastic, no need to drive anyway, restaurants, shops and and the beach is on your doorstep. Will be coming back for a little week break soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Element on Coolum. The staff were amazing, the room was spacious and clean, the kids had a ball in the pool and the location was perfect! Walking distance to the patrolled beach and shops! We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely spacious villa with great facilities in a fantastic location, just across the road from Coolum Beach and close to shops and cafes. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back if we are ever in the Sunshine Coast again.
