The beach views from our home are quite spectacular as are the hill views behind the house. The home is very spacious and is ideal for one or two families, or friends just getting together. The beach is only a few minutes walk. Our location is private and quiet. The living areas are spacious with breathtaking views.

We live in Melbourne. The house is all yours! We love guests staing at Il Mare. This is an ideal private holiday home by the beach in a location which is natural and unspoilt. Enjoy walks, surfing, swimming, fishing . Relax by the open fire and dine facing the spectacular bass strait uninterupted views.

Peaceful and quiet. Exclusive elevated position.
