Property info

The Iluka Villa complex is right on the Clarence River, where you can also enjoy the large swimming pool, BBQ, waterfront summer house, private jetty and your own boat ramp. The ferry for Yamba leaves from the boatshed only 2 doors up for the Villas. There is ample parking for your car and boat. Shared laundry area and toilet can be accessed outside. Unit 4 is a ground floor unit right opposite the pool. NO LINEN SUPPLIED -BYO SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS (all blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied)
