THINGS TO KNOW * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
 * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. *Both bedrooms can either be 2 single beds or one king bed. Please let us know upon booking which set up you prefer! HOUSE RULES * Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first. * No smoking allowed * Strictly No parties or events allowed. * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation. * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security. * Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time. * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required). * Strict no-smoking policy; 500 AUD fine may apply. * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm. * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply). * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges. * Pets allowed with prior approval - 110 AUD fee per stay - Keep pets off furniture and beds. - Only allow pets weighing up to 10kg - Pets must be on a leash at all times outdoors and are strictly not allowed on the golf course. There is a lot of protected wildlife in the are for everyone’s enjoyment, so this is for their safety and yours. Our property is also not fully fenced. - If the resort receives a complaint about off-leash pets, a fine may apply and you may be asked to leave the resort.

2 Bedroom 2 bathroom cabin in the picturesque Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Resort. The facilities include swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, giant chess, volleyball and an 18 golf course. Our cabin is a home away from home with fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the views and all the wildlife, kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, and amazing bird life. The village is only 4km away with everything you need to enjoy your stay! 1km to the Bush Retreat for wedding guests!

Best bread at the General and great food. Maddies does the best egg and bacon roll. The worlds best pie shop at Barrengarry really has amazing pies! The Friendly in has good pub grub and great beer. So many bush walks, canoeing and waterholes, you will be spoilt for choice. Bowral 40mins away with Nowra only being 20mins.
