Set in 5.5 acres of tropical gardens just one block from Kellys Beach — Bargara’s main swimming beach — Kellys Beach Resort is an eco-certified, family-owned villa resort built for relaxed Queensland holidays. Our 41 self-contained, stand-alone villas give families and couples room to spread out, each with its own kitchen and private space — a genuine home away from home rather than a hotel room. Between beach days, unwind by the pool, enjoy the gardens, or dine at our licensed on-site restaurant, open Tuesday to Sunday for dine-in or takeaway. We also offer communal facilities including a sauna, hot tub, tennis court, games room, BBQ area, kiosk, reception, and function and conference spaces. During school holidays, children can enjoy Movie Nights and Big Games, snorkel hire and boogie board hire. We’re the ideal base for the region’s best experiences: the Mon Repos turtle rookery (nesting and hatching November–March), whale watching in season, and day trips to the Southern Great Barrier Reef at Lady Musgrave and Lady Elliot Island. Family-owned, eco-friendly, and genuinely easy. Take it easy — that’s the motto at Kelly's.
