With its large backyard for entertaining, cosy fireplace, and four bedrooms on a peaceful street, this affordable holiday house will make you feel like a member of the neighbourhood as you settle in to relax on beautiful Sanctuary Point Additional rules - We welcome well-behaved, mature individuals or families who will not engage in behaviour that will cause disturbance to our neighbours. -All guests are required to sign a rental agreement which specifies our terms and conditions. This will be sent via email after we have received your booking request. Reservations are not confirmed until the rental agreement is digitally signed by the guest. -If you wish to review the contents of our rental agreement, please contact us prior to booking. - Pets are not allowed on beds and couches.

Neighborhood info

Sanctuary Point is a great base for exploring the vast waterways of St Georges Basin. It has plenty of accommodation options, a shopping centre, restaurants and a country club with regular entertainment. This peaceful spot is perfect for the whole family to enjoy sailing, swimming, water-skiing, kayaking and snorkelling and there are also established walks along the foreshore. Palm Beach, Paradise Beach and John Williams Reserve both offer waterfont parks with accessible toilets. Sanctuary Point is a short drive to Booderee National Park, the White Sands Coast of Jervis Bay and the seaside towns of Huskisson and Vincentia.
