The home is a modern and modular architecturally designed building with a timeless mid-century interior. Set back from the street, it takes advantage of the incredible vista from the top of the hill, providing complete privacy for guests to arrive, relax and recharge. Kirkwood offers a fabulous open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. A wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, Bluetooth Bose speaker, and a Smart TV loaded with all features are there for you to access. The entertainer will appreciate the two outdoor entertaining areas, both offering a unique and special outlook. The 900 mm oven and outdoor cooking facilities add to the ease of entertaining. Please note: People travelling with children should be aware of the unfenced pond on site. Dogs are welcome at Kirkwood, however unfortunately cats are not allowed.
