Located within walking distance to the Raymond Island Ferry, this holiday home provides fantastic access to all of Raymond Island and Paynesville village. Enjoy a short walk to a family-friendly, sheltered cove that is perfect for paddling, follow the meandering boardwalk along the lakefront, or try a spot of sightseeing for koalas along the Koala Trail at the end of the road. Just 800 m from the main esplanade of Paynesville, the property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, tasteful modern furnishings, an open living area, and 2 private bedrooms and bathrooms.   Enjoy a BBQ get-together in the spacious backyard with an undercover eating area, or enjoy watching a movie by the indoor fireplace (BYO Wood). It’s the perfect getaway in all seasons. Access to Raymond Island is by Ferry only. Tickets are purchased when boarding via eftpos for a Car/Van/Ute, free to walk on. The ferry leaves every 20 minutes, with the final departure from Paynesville at 11:15 pm on weekdays and 12:15 am on the weekend.
