Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners. • Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

Pre-Order Platter Service For a special touch to your stay with us, we offer a pre-order service of meat, seafood, savoury and breakfast platters. These must be ordered three business days prior to your arrival. Please note there will be no weekend deliveries. Your selected platter will be freshly prepared with local produce and waiting in the fridge for you upon check-in—an effortless way to begin your stay.
