A newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home includes a Wood fire & beautifully restored hardwood floors complementing the new kitchen. Sit back, relax, enjoy the panoramic views of Mt Sam & Omeo Valley. Situated opposite the Livingstone Creek with the Golf Course only a stones throw away. This picturesque Hideaway offers close proximity to town, Dinner Plain & Mt Hotham as well as a multitude of activities including trout fishing (seasonal), Fishing, Hiking, Road/Mountain Biking & all things Snow.

I'm 52 married with 5 children who have all grown & left home, lucky we have our Dog -Django & our Cat -Lucy. When my husband & I first saw this place we fell in love. After our renovations which were very much needed, we decided to offer our little home as we cant be there all time. We find it a very calming, grounding place & wanted to share. we hope our guests love it as much as we do :)

Our little Home -Livingstone is in The High Country part of a small town called Omeo. A farming community and situated at the bottom of Mt Hotham & Dinner Plain.
