The front door gives you access to the living, dining, kitchen, al fresco deck, and queen bedroom and bathroom. To access the other two bedrooms & bathroom, you must exit via the front door or kitchen then take more exterior steps down to enter via another door - which is lockable. Please note there is no BBQ at the property. The wood burner and fire pit are BYO wood - please note strictly no fires during November - end of April due to high risk bush fire area. The laundry is a euro style laundry with washer/dryer combo. There is split system heating/cooling in the main living/kitchen area. Oil heaters are provided for the downstairs bedrooms - there is no cooling in the bedrooms. All linen and towels are provided for 6 guests. No beach towels. Access to everything on the property. There is parking at the top of the property for 1 or 2 cars, more street parking further up.
