Both units are recently renovated, fully airconditioned and right on the doorstep of Yeppoon beach, the main street, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. For the kiddies, the Kraken and Waterpark are also within walking distance. Just park your car and walk everywhere. Situated as part of the Evia complex, these units offer a spacious and relaxing vibe to accommodate both couples and families for their beach getaway. There is also a pool on site for residents and guests to use.
