It is only 5 minutes away by driving and 15 minutes by walking. The M1 freeway is 15 minutes away. M-city is a newly built apartment complex with two levels of the commercial shopping centre and two parking levels. The apartment is designed to be suitable for people who require special needs. Guests with an electric car can charge it right at the M-city shopping centre complex. Everything is within walking distance, from food, entertainment, fitness, pharmacy, medical centre, and beauty services, located at G&Level 1. The elevator goes to the apartment floor, with no steps, only ramps. It is suitable for families with small children or the elderly. The building is accessible throughout. If there is availability, early check-in is complementary given. *A prayer for protection: in the name of Jesus Christ, only kind positive guests with the highest intentions aligned with God are welcomed. *All religious guests are welcomed

The apartment has everything already set up, benefiting guests effortlessly with upcoming family/business/study trips. Opposite the apartment complex is an entertainment place called "Zone Bowling & Timezone Clayton - Ten Pin Bowling, Arcade Games, Laser Tag", with Nando's restaurant next door. We expect guests to fully respect the apartment complex's apartment, rules and shared space. No party is allowed. Police will escort you, and a damage payment will be required. Please be nice and respectful guests. We have invested a great deal to curate a ready-made staycation. Being decent guests is the only requirement you need to adhere to. The apartment offers reasonable prices and high-quality furniture, bedding and services. Reducing cleaning fees will benefit both parties from the reservation. Guests must understand and acknowledge this. Kindly treat the apartment as your place and follow through with check-in and check-out instructions. The stated cleaning fee is for a cleaner cleaning the apartment "after" guests check out. The cleaning fee is included per reservation. The longer the reservation days, the cheaper the price. Therefore, if guests would like to have the apartment cleaned during their reservation, kindly inform the manager, and extra payment will be required for the cleaning company to be booked. It has twin King ensuite rooms (king-size beds 200cmx220cm), a sofa Double bed in the living room with 3 single air mattresses, and baby cots - suitable for various sleeping arrangements for family/group at affordable price when travelling to Melbourne. Sofa bed and air mattresses can be easily open at night and close up in the morning. From the M-city apartment, you can go to the city in 30 minutes by the M1 freeway or 45 minutes by Princess Highway. It is one of the busiest suburbs in the South East, with Monash University and hospitals located nearby. Golfing and other sports tournaments often happen in surrounding suburbs. M-city is the only apartment complex in theSouth-East suburbs of Melbourne so far that has two levels of commercial downstairs, including pharmacies, GP, Woolworths, K-mart, groceries, Food and Beverages retail shops (bakery, restaurants, bubble teas...).
