BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: • Sleeps 13. • Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed, 1 x Single Bed and en-suite. • Bedroom 2 - 1 x King Bed. • Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x King Single Bed. • Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed. • Bedroom 5 - 1 x Trio Bunk Bed (Double + Single). • Quality Linen Provided ___ PET FEE APPLICABLE: • AU40 per pet/night. • Please advise if you would like to bring your pets. • The Pet Fee charge is added after you book. • Pets must not use furniture, beds, or linens. • Clean up after pets and ensure they do not damage property or disturb neighbours. • AU60 charge will apply for excrement left. ___ FIREWOOD SEASON: • 1st May - 30th September. • A starter pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night. ___ PRICING: • The base tariff includes 8 people. • Extra guests thereafter incur an extra fee per person per night. • Electric car charging is AU20 per use, payable separately after booking. ___ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: • Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. • Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. • Refundable Bond: An AU500 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. • Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway ReslyPay. • Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 1.45% + 0.22c ReslyPay transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. • Statement: Payments will appear as SPENDA ACCOMMODATED LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement. • Cancellation Policy: ~ 30 Days or Less Before Arrival: Cancellations are non-refundable. ___

TELEVISION • Live free-to-air channels are not available. • On-demand channels and streaming apps can be accessed through the Smart TV using your accounts. ___ SWIMMING POOL RULES • Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool and in the pool area. • No intoxication or disruptive behaviour in or around the pool area. • No glassware is permitted in the pool area for safety reasons. • Please ensure safe and responsible use of the pool. ___ POOL HEATING • The pool is heated throughout the day, year-round. • In winter, temperatures may not reach expected warmth due to colder weather and the inground pool design. • Consistently high water temperatures cannot be guaranteed in very cold conditions. ___ DECOMMISSIONED SPA • Please note that the spa next to the pool has been decommissioned and is no longer available for use at the property. ___ ELECTRIC FENCE • An electric fence is installed around the garden to contain livestock. • Please avoid touching the wires as they are live and will deliver a mild shock. ___ LIVESTOCK • Sheep and horses are kept along the perimeter of the property. • Their area is secured with an electric fence and is off-limits to guests. ___ RURAL AREA • Please be aware that this property is located in a rural area, and snakes, spiders, and insects may be present.  • Take care when exploring outdoors, and avoid disturbing wildlife. ___ CCTV • CCTV cameras are installed around the external areas of the property. ___ 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW: • Due to the close proximity of neighbours near the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. ___ IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY: • The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. ___ NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY: • There is a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. ___
