The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are upstairs and there are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The upper-level open plan lounge area features a big screen smart TV complete with Foxtel. The kitchen is complete with modern amenities including a dishwasher and coffee pod machine that uses L’or and Nespresso pods. The lower-level family room has the convenience of a kitchenette and a large screen TV, Playstation 5 and board games. Alfresco dining from the seaside deck is a must and from here you can enjoy the scenic views across the coastal dunes towards the sea. The fully enclosed backyard presents a spacious, pet-friendly haven and is complete with a large lawned area with basketball hoop. For the angling enthusiasts, a fish cleaning area is conveniently located outside as well and the enclosed carport is over 3 metres high to accommodate boats. This holiday home is the perfect base for a memorable family holiday. Please note this property does supply linen and towels.
