PRICE IS FOR 4 GUESTS, NO CLEANING FEE. Beautifully appointed, self contained, individual apartment, only 400 meter level walk to Bright town centre. Perfectly flexible for a variety of quests. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, Bedroom 2 can be configured to a King Bed or Twin Beds. Gorgeous light filled open plan living area with reverse cycle airconditioning/heating in open plan area & both bedrooms. Additional remote controlled cosy gas log fireplace. Features include Wide Screen TV in open area & 2nd TV in Bedroom 1, fully equipped modern kitchen & Espressotaria Coffee Machine. Unlimited WiFi. Bedroom 1 with ensuite. Main bathroom with Spa Bath. Dedicated laundry with separate washing machine & dryer. Outdoor eating area. Lockable garage. Bike storage. No hidden cleaning fees. Any damage accidentally or on purpose is to be paid by the guest.
