This large, sprawling home in Catalina is a fantastic beach holiday house. It is a perfect house for a weekend (minimum two night stay) or longer getaway. There are fantastic mountain and river views from balcony and the master bedroom in the house. They are also good for beautiful sunset view. Big family area, brand new kitchen, separate lounge room and large rumpus (bedroom 5) suitable for various activities within the house. It is close to amenities suitable for people of all ages, such as shopping, swimming, fishing, bush walking, dining, etc.: the Batemans Bay CBD 3.6 km, famous Surf Beach 7.0 km, Corrigans Beach (good spot for fishing) 15 minutes on foot, Mogo Zoo 14.4 km, Birdland 1.8 km, Hanging Rock Boat Ramp and Sailing Club 2.3 km, Botanical Garden 7.7 km, Regional Aquatic, Arts and Leisure Centre 4.5 km, Catalina Country Club and Championship Golf Course (with it's 27 holes) 1.4 km, Soldiers Club 3 km, Tennis Club and library within walking distance. About 2 hour drive to Canberra and around 3.5 hour to Sydney. It is also a perfect house for holidaying with dogs (maximum two dogs) since there is a fully fenced backyard. The house is close to some dog friendly beaches.
The neighborhood is fantastic and neighbors are very friendly.
