We aim to maintain a chemical free environment and live environmentally conscious. We grow fruit and veggies, compost, recycle, use solar power and rain water. We love to feel in touch with nature and so the feeling of staying at The Mountain View Retreat is that you feel at one with it. The big glass windows allow natural light with stunning visuals to the beauty of nature surrounding us. We love being home at The Mountain View Retreat but we also love the opportunity to travel when it arises. We love that we can invite travellers here and share this beautiful space :) IT IS OUR GOAL TO MAKE SURE YOUR EXPERIENCE HERE IS ONE TO REMEMBER FOR A LIFETIME! If there is something else you would like to experience during your stay, please let us know. We have been locals in this region for over 15 years and know most of the best things to see and do.

The Mountain View Retreat is located in the Wongawallan Valley, just 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise in the Gold Coast Hinterland and a scenic 15 minute drive to the famous gallery walk at Tambourine Mountain. You will love to explore the beauty of the surrounding rain forests, going for walks on the beach, exploring the food and wine trail, visiting the theme parks or doing little and just love being in this beautiful space... This luxury hinterland home is located only a short 10 minute drive from the Restaurants and Wineries of Mt Tamborine and situated along the famous food and wine trail. Only 5 minutes from local shops, Coles and bottle shop. A short 15 minute drive from Dreamworld, White Water World, Movie World and Wet n Wild and The Outback Spectacular. Approximately 45 minutes drive to either the Gold Coast Airport or one hour from the Brisbane International Airport or 15 minutes drive to Train Stations.
