Ski Kaos have been in the Aussie snow holiday business since 1989 but only listed here since 2019. We mainly offer Thredbo & Jindabyne holiday apartments. We offer discounted ski & snowboard hire and clothing hire as well. We also offer our own bus & accommodation packages for select dates. ***SECURITY BOND*** Property bookings require a damage deposit of AUD 500. This is almost always a credit card pre-authorisation processed the day prior to your arrival (a “pre-auth” is not the same as a charge). The “pre-auth” will auto-release about 4 - 10 working days later (assuming no problems). We can make other arrangements if you do not have a credit card.

Property info

The Mowamba building is right in the centre of Thredbo, a short stroll to everything – the village square is 110metres away, Thredbo’s grocery store is literally downstairs and restaurants as close as you can throw a snow ball. The main chairlift base is 250metres away and the bus stop of the free village bus is only 50metres away (it goes in circles between Friday Flats and the centre every 3-5mins). This apartment has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed & and en-suite. Note that bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a queen bed that can split into 2 single beds but this website is not set up so we can list it this way. The 4th bedroom (upstairs) is technically a loft but it’s very private for a loft and it has 2 singles plus a stow-away mattress. The sofa in the living room can also sleep one person comfortably. ****** Sheets, pillow cases & towels are not included. You can bring your own, or you can pay extra for made up beds & towels. There is emergency linen at the property. Beds all have doonas, pillows and mattress protectors. ****** Note that this property has no reception desk, you let yourself in using the code we SMS you. We have a 24 hour mobile number for any assistance needed.
