We love everything this beautiful region has to offer—from charming nearby towns to the Hume Weir, snowfields and wineries, all right on our doorstep! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, modern, open-plan home. My Abode is perfectly nestled in a quiet suburb of Thurgoona & easy reach of Thurgoona Golf Course, Charles Sturt University, Albury Base Hospital, Hume Highway & Hume Weir.
The home features 3 bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances & the comfortable lounge includes a smart TV. The dining area flows to a covered alfresco with BBQ—perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
It’s close to local amenities and ideal for families, tradies, couples, families or professionals seeking a convenient and peaceful stay.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms, all fitted with queen beds. Two have built-in wardrobes and the third has a chest of drawers (located through the garage and to the left).
KITCHEN
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable lounge with smart TV and an open-plan dining area flowing to a covered alfresco.
EURO LAUNDRY
Behind the large three-sliding doors in the dining area, you’ll find a euro laundry with washing machine, vacuum, laundry basket, pegs, broom, mop, bucket, iron and ironing board. Detergent and cleaning products are provided.
Clothes can be hung on the clothesline outside through the garage door or on the airer in the garage.
BOOKS & TOYS
Adult and children’s books are on the kitchen shelves and toys are available in the euro laundry cupboard.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes shampoo and body wash. It features a double shower, vanity and toilet.
DINING AREA
The dining table seats up to 6 people. A highchair is also available in the garage.
ALFRESCO & GARDEN
Enjoy the undercover alfresco with BBQ, table and chairs. The garden is fully fenced.
HEATING & COOLING
Stay comfortable with the main heating and cooling unit in the dining room. Panel heaters and fans are also fitted in all bedrooms.
