We are a small family run beach shack perfect for families and couples. We are not fancy that is for sure but we are clean and spacious and in a wonderful location. The deck is perfect. To watch the world go by, read a book or have a bbq. Classic shabby Chic beach house on the hill, 250m to main beach with its incredible ocean pool. The house is perfectly positioned to allow you to enjoy one of the best coastal towns in NSW. Park your car for the duration and walk to dog and non dog beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants. Relax on the sun drenched covered rear deck. The yard is not fenced. The property is cleaned thoroughly.

Park your car and leave it for the duration... as the house is close to numerous cafes and restaurants including Yamba's favourite Beachwood across the road, the iconic Pacific Hotel, parks for the kids, cinema and local boutiques. The house is reached by a private grassy lane that can be accessed at the bottom of High Street you then reverse the same way to leave, opposite Beachwood Cafe. you can park right out the front. There is also a handy ferry to Iluka (a lot quicker than by car). There are also heaps of great day trips: surfing at Angourie back beach, four wheel driving across the beach from Minnie Water to Sandon, walking tracks galore and great hinterland towns like Maclean with second hand treasures to be discovered. We can fill you in on some of these ideas depending on what you want to do. There is construction occurring next doo.
