There is two living areas, two toilets, recently had new carpets , curtains, painted, split system,new bathroom and professionally cleaned. 3 TVs ,Located just one home back from the ocean and still has slight sea views.Plenty of room for a boat. Great heating and cooling must have reverse cyle on correct setting, rinnai gas heater as well. New flooring @ painting 5/2025
Great fishing, restaurants, pizza next to the gordon hotel , lots of excellent walking tracks, you can walk from the house down to the cliff and up to town.
Excellent neighborhood with only a very short stroll to the ocean.
