The White House is a contemporary Beach house set in Central Coolum, walk to everything, NBN WiFi, Ocean Views from all the main living areas, the full length balcony and main bedroom and from many other areas of the house. Enjoy multiple living spaces for all the family to enjoy. Also enjoy the hinterland views from the balcony. Walk to the patrolled beach and the surf club and all the amenities of Coolum.

I have been enjoying holiday breaks in Coolum for many years. I share the management of the house with my son, Andrew, who lives nearby. We both work in the property industry and enjoy it very much. It is great to be able to share The White House and Coolum Beach with our holiday guests as we know they will have a fabulous time at the house and also enjoying everything Coolum has on offer. Contemporary cool is how we would describe the house - enjoy a break any time at this classic beach house with complimentary WiFi NBN, Surround Sound speakers to enjoy movie time and stunning ocean views. It's an easy walk from The White House to the surf club, patrolled beach, cafes and all of the shopping boutiques on offer at this prime beachfront location. Perched in an exclusive elevated street, you'll enjoy the full coastal panorama spread in front of you as well as the stunning sunsets over the mountain ranges. Pets upon request. We have now also introduced a range of sustainable guest amenities which we think you will love. We look forward to welcoming guests to the stunning Sunshine Coast and to The White House.

The neighbourhood of The White House, Coolum Beach is a family area, a wonderful holiday destination. There are restaurants to walk to, cafes and coffee shops just down the street, and wonderful spots for happy hour. Walk to the patrolled beach, surf club, and shops. Or take a walk on the boardwalk, take the dog to the dog friendly beach and Stumers Creek, Point Arkwright, or climb Mt Coolum. There are parks for the children with play equipment, and a great beach for board riders.
