Pandanus Coolum Beach Resort offers spacious, well-appointed holiday apartments just yards from Coolum Beach. All have private front and rear balconies and terraces with outdoor furniture and views of the ocean. Pandanus’s holiday apartments include LCD TVs with cable TV. All have full kitchens with a microwave, dishwasher and laundry facilities. The holiday apartments have extensive tropical gardens with a covered gas BBQ area and an outdoor lagoon-style heated pool and hot tub. The Pandanus is a 20 minute drive from Noosa and Maroochydore, and only 10 minutes from the Sunshine Coast airport.

Pandanus Coolum is for those who wish to be close to the action but not disturbed by it. An easy scenic boardwalk to restaurants, shops and clubs avoids the noise and traffic problems of staying above restaurants. Perfect for health conscious with the three bays opposite (almost your own private beaches depending on time of year) which are perfect for surfing, fishing and exploring the rock pools. There are also scenic walks to Point Arkwright, Point Perry or down the cliff top board walk to main beach and up to Stumers Creek. Views from the Point Perry Lookout take in north to Peregian and Sunshine Beaches and south to Old Woman island and Maroochydore. Enjoy whale watching from the new platform at first bay is perfect or just from your own room and balcony. The property is a 3 level apartment complex, it is a walk up with no elevators. All apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans through out the apartments. Deluxe 3 bedroom apartment had fully ducted air conditioning

We love the beach and nature and love the fact that our front yard is the three bays beach and Point Perry Lookout. Surfing is a passion and First bay is exceptional and usually not so crowded. Early morning/late evening walks to look for turtles, whales and explore the rock pools are an important part of our life. Eating out is a passion and when we are busy it is so relaxing to walk to a variety of restaurants all within 10 minutes.

Our neighbours are mainly families who live here to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle. In busy times we can still enjoy the relaxed life while just a short easy walk away is the hustle bustle and noise of the holiday makers. Being set amongst nature adds to this and our lawns, gardens and trees help us all to feel at home.
