Perfect location Sensation ocean views from house. Fully self contained 3br home 300m to the beautiful safe swimming beach. Panoramic Drive is situated 300m walk to Cape Bridgewater beach, it is private, quiet and a relaxing base for your holiday. Great base for walking sections of The Great South West Walk 250 km walking tracks. Walk up the cape Victoria’s highest coastal cliff to view seal colony. The house is private quiet and ideally positioned. Stylishly furnished with 55cm smart tv and sound bar with Bluetooth, new lounge all recliners , 8 piece dining setting All linen provided however you need to bring your own beach towels and toiletries. Dining, lounge, kitchen, main bedroom all have ocean views. This is perfect over June - October for whale viewing as they come into the bay to birth or play. Whales are seen from the house during whale season. Bring your winter woolies and venture out with binoculars to find some Southern Rights, Blue Whales, Orcas or dolphins. House is stylishy furnished and has a woodheater with wood supplied in garage for you. Please note Pets are OUTISDE ONLY no pets inside. Or loose bond.... Bond/fees apply
I love the outdoors I swim in the ocean or laps in the local heated pool , I go hiking regularly in the area, if you wish a guide I am happy to go along on your walks ! Please contact me if you wish to obtain any information regarding things to do or see while your visiting the area.
It is a small quaint village Cape Bridgewater, wonderful surfing and fishing beaches in the area. Caves and Bridgewater Lakes close by for barbeques, waterskiing or relaxing. We have the Great Southwest Walk right at the doorstep, walk up the Cape, Victoria's highest coastal cliff and view the seal colony or continue walking and come to the Petrified Forest and see beautiful formations, similar to lunar landscape, see pictures provided. Over winter the Blowholes are worth seeing on a rough day. Book a tour via kiosk for Seals by Sea tours taking you to the colony and into the caves. Portland has Cape Nelson Lighthouse, walking tracks, Murrells Beach is surfing, Whites, Blacks, Crumpets and Blacknose all around Cape Bridgewater and Portland. Check out a fishing charter boat trip, boat trip out to Lawrence Rocks or Julia Percy Island. Cable Tram runs in Portland. YMCA has heated 50m outdoor (closes over winter) and 25m indoor heated pool and childrens pools, sauna and gym/aerobics.
