18 acres of farmland with beautiful view of the Jindivick valley. We have 3 separate buildings on the property as follows: - Vivere Retreat (the modern Villa) can be rented out as either a 1 or 2 bedroom villa. It has spectacular views. Sit back in The Retreat and watch the beautiful birds, the deer, the wallabies or just take in the sunset. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is perfect for a romantic stay or for two couples. - The Cottage, which can be rented out as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. It has a spacious living area with a fire and a well equipped kitchen. It is perfect for families. The bathroom has a large corner spa bath. The Studio is a studio apartment with a gorgeous veranda where you can sit back and take in the view from. It is perfect for that romantic getaway and has a corner spa bath, a sitting area and a well equipped kitchen. Guests are free to roam the property.
We also live on the property in the main house so are close by for all your needs. We love where we live and enjoy helping guests have a special time at our property. Robert and I love gardening and are currently expanding the gardens to include a 40 tree orchard, vegetable gardens and berry patches. Robert is a veterinarian and I love to bake.
Neerim South is a friendly little town equipped with an IGA, a cute coffee shop, a bakery and even a local brewery. Close by there are a number of lovely walks including Glen Nayook, Rokbey Trail and the Two Towns Trail. We are very close to Brandy Creek Estate Winery and a short drive from Warragul and Drouin. Noojee is also not far away and the courtesy bus for the famous Noojee Pub stops at our property. We are also a great place to stay if you are heading up to Mount Baw Baw.
