Perched well above Australia's greatest river, visitors will enjoy stunning views of the local marina and all its wildlife. Pelicans Perch is cute, cosy three bedroom cottage just perfect for both couples and families, with a warm and homey feel for weary travellers and holiday makers alike. With great access to the town of Mannum and the Riverlands, as well as the Adelaide Hills and the Barossa Valley Breweries and Wineries, there's plenty of drives and hikes, cafes and pubs to keep the discerning indulged.

My husband and I have a bit of experience hosting properties but this is our first in Mannum. We love creating a space that is warm and cosy with a family feel. We want people to feel comfortable and have everything they need for a great stay. A good view also helps!
