*Construction Notice* As of March 2026 there will be a dwelling being built on the block next door. There may be some disruption due to construction noises. All construction works must be carried out at the legal times according to the NSW legislation. Note: All guests need to complete an online registration with the agent prior to arrival. We will ask for a copy of a credit card to be held on file and for the guest to sign the agent's terms and conditions. Important Points -You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost. -Strict no party or function policy. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area. Close to the Myall River and a few minutes drive to shops, restaurants, beaches and Golf Club. The original quaint cottage is located on a leafy block surrounded by gum trees. The master bedroom offers a queen bedroom, bedroom 2 has a single and a bunk bed. This home is ideal for a small family, a couple and or singles looking for an economically priced holiday. This home is an older style beach cottage, with original fixtures and fittings.
