The space Renovated 3-bedroom home located in a quiet street between Bendigo city center and Eaglehawk. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the third has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The lounge has a split system heating/cooling system, L shaped couch desk with chair and a TV equipped with a Chrome Cast. The kitchen has been updated and includes gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils. Complementary coffee, milk, tea and sugar. There is a washing machine in the laundry. The bathroom has bath, shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Separate toilet. Guest access Bin day is Wednesday Access to the whole house except for shed. No smoking inside. No pets allowed. Other things to note We have a motion sensor alarm system that is disconnected and security stickers on windows still from when we brought the property as it was previously owned by a police officer. These are not in use and have never been used since we have had the property.
