Affordable accomodation, in Melbournes' leafy East. Single level, open plan, light, bright, modern home with heating and cooling. Away from the hustle & bustle of Melbourne CBD, but convienent to access with multiple transport and freeway options. Situated evenly between Monash & Eastern Freeways, Syndal & Nunawading Train stations and Tram Route 75. Off street parking. Close (0.5kms)to Forest Hill Chase shopping centre and several take-away outlets. Whether you are visiting family, going to the football, exploring Melbourne, the Dandenong Ranges or the Yarra Valley District, my home provides a home away from home.
