Take an early swim at Settlement Cove Lagoon (5 mins away), wander the Redcliffe Jetty markets, or walk 7 mins to Suttons Beach for a day in the sun. Inside, you’ll find bright, open spaces perfect for families or friends to relax together. Enjoy the big leather lounge, club chairs (one with a recliner), brand-new 55” TV, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of air con and fans to keep you cool. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, share it in the open dining area, then unwind on the balcony with an evening drink in the sea breeze. You’ll have fresh sheets, plush towels, beach towels for your adventures, a washer/dryer and even breakfast goodies for your first morning. Your stay, your way: I’m just five minutes away if you need anything or want local tips, but you’ll have total privacy to relax and make this your own coastal escape. Guest Access You’ll have full, private access to the entire townhouse - including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open-plan living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, balcony and the small outdoor area. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. I’ll personally meet you on arrival for now, and (from mid-July) you’ll have self check-in with a key box. During your stay, you can come and go as you please - it’s all yours to enjoy!
