We will ask for a copy of a credit card to be held on file and for the guest to sign the agent's terms and conditions. Important Points -NO Wi-Fi. -Garage not available for guest bookings - off street parking available in complex. -You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost. -No Smoking Complex. -Strict no party or function policy. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area. This lovely 2 Bedroom apartment has spectacular views of the Myall River and surrounding waterways of Port Stephens. Located across the road from the Myall River and within walking distance to the shopping village, restaurants and golf course. This apartment is fully self-contained, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The open plan living area is quite spacious with sliding glass doors opening out onto the delightful balcony which has wonderful views.
