Property info

This is a 2-bedroom modern studio with own kitchenette, full bathroom and second toilet, WIFI, ducted Air-conditioning. 10 minutes to Ballina and Lennox Head and 30 minutes to Byron Bay. Attached to owners' residence- has own separate entrance and privacy.

Neighborhood info

Beautiful rural Village with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Loverly walking paths and surrounded by nature and cows grazing.
